We offer design and assembly services upon request. We are committed to providing the quality services you expect and require on time at a reasonable price.
- What acceptability standard do you currently manufacture to?
Generally, we manufacture to IPC-6000 class II.
- May I send the files electronically?
Yes. Please zip and e-mail the files to us at sales@ncipcb.com. You should include a separate Gerber file (274-x format preferred) for each layer, a Gerber file for the mechanical print, if available, and an ASCII NC drill file with the hole sizes included.
- Will you perform an IPC 356 net list test on my files?
When an IPC-356D file is supplied with the Gerbers, we compare our Gerber extracted net list to the IPC file, prior to manufacturing the PCB. Any discrepancies between the two net lists are reviewed with our customer. The completed boards are then tested against the Gerber extracted net list.
- Can you design a custom PCB for our specific needs?
Yes we can. We design and manufacture everything from simple single-sided boards to more technical high-speed applications that require impedance control and layer counts that exceed 14 layers.
